Short version: we collect what we need to give you a seat and confirm your payment, and we delete it after the event.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you register, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your college or organisation
- Your payment screenshot and UTR / transaction reference
WHY WE COLLECT IT
Two reasons only: allocating your seat against the 50-seat cap, and verifying that your payment went through. We use your email and phone to send you event details and to reach you on the day.
We don't sell your data, and we don't pass it to anyone outside the team running this event.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Registration data is deleted 90 days after the event. Payment references are kept only as long as we need them to reconcile payments, within the same window.
YOUR CHOICES
Write to us and we'll show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it early. Deleting before the event means giving up your seat, and the fee stays non-refundable.
