The terms you agree to when you register for Coffee Pe Code.
YOUR SEAT
A seat is confirmed only once we've verified your payment. Until then it isn't held for you. If a payment stays unverified, we may reassign that seat to someone else — there are only 50, and we'd rather they were filled.
THE FEE
₹750 per person, whether you enter on your own or as part of a team. It is non-refundable in all cases — see the refund policy.
WHAT YOU BUILD
You own it. Participants keep full intellectual property in their own projects. We take no rights, no equity and no ownership in anything built at the event.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Photos and video may be taken at the event and used in Coffee Pe Code communications — social posts, recaps and future event pages. Tell us on the day if you'd rather not appear, and we'll work around you.
CONDUCT
We may remove anyone breaching the code of conduct from the event, without a refund.
