Short and unambiguous: fees are non-refundable. If we cancel, you get everything back.
NO REFUNDS
The ₹750 fee is non-refundable in all cases once a seat is confirmed. That includes cancellations, changes of plan, and no-shows on the day.
WHY
There are 50 seats and that's a hard cap. The moment your payment is verified, a seat is held in your name and taken off the table for everyone else. A cancellation close to the event can't realistically be resold in time, so the seat simply goes empty — which is why we can't return the fee.
IF WE CANCEL
If Coffee Pe Code cancels the event, every fee is refunded in full. We'll write to you at the email address you registered with and process it from there.
